马来西亚国旗

呈横长方形，长与宽之比为２:１。主体部分由１４道红白相间、宽度相等的横条组成。左上方有一深蓝色的长方形，上有一弯黄色新月和一颗１４个尖角的黄色星。１４道红白横条和１４角星象征我国的１３个州和政府。蓝色象征人民的团结及马来西亚与英联邦的关系──英国国旗以蓝色为旗底，黄色象征国家元首，新月象征我国的国教伊斯兰教。国旗变更 马来西亚自一九五○年五月十九日开始使用「辉煌条纹」国旗，当时只有十一个州，所以代表州数的星角与条纹数量都是十一。一九六三年，新增了新加坡、沙劳越、沙巴三州，总数增为十四州，星角与条纹也增为十四。一九六五年新加坡独立，州数减为十三，但国旗上的星角与条纹没有再更改，仍然维持十四到今天，并且将涵义修改为全国十三个州与联邦政府的团结统一。 国旗别称 马来西亚国旗别称「Jalur Gemilang」，意为「辉煌条纹」。

中间为盾形徽。盾徽上面绘有一弯黄色新月和一颗１４个尖角的黄色星，盾面上的图案和颜色象征马来西亚的组成及其行政区划。盾面上部列有５把入鞘的短剑，它们分别代表柔佛州、吉打州、玻璃市州、吉兰丹州和丁加奴州。盾面中间部分绘有红、黑、白、黄４条色带，分别代表雪兰莪州、彭亨州、霹雳州和森美兰州。盾面左侧绘有蓝、白波纹的海水和以黄色为地并绘有３根蓝色鸵鸟羽毛，这一图案代表槟榔屿。盾面右侧的马六甲树代表马六甲州。盾面下端左边代表沙巴州，图案中绘有强健的褐色双臂，双手紧握沙巴州州旗。盾面下端右边绘有一只红、黑、蓝３色飞禽，代表沙捞越州。盾面下部中间的图案为马来西亚的国花──木槿，当地人称“班加拉亚”。盾徽两侧各站着一头红舌马来虎，两虎后肢踩着金色饰带，饰带上书写着格言“团结就是力量”。在盾徽上还绘有一弯新月和一颗１４。

马来西亚国歌最初的起源已经无法确定，有人相信曲调来自一首法国歌曲，在1957年8月31日马来西亚独立时被采纳为国歌。 1991年马来西亚国歌改编快节奏，以便以“进行曲”的节奏是为了让人听起来充满士气；但是一些人认为缓慢的旋律比较庄严。 因此马来西亚新闻部长拿督斯里巴杜卡阿都卡迪证实，国歌的节奏已在去年从“进行曲”换回“慢拍”节奏。他说，将国歌的节奏放慢是内阁成员一致的决定。他也说现在虽然放慢节奏，但在最后的部分，听者也一样会有充满士气的感觉。

RATIO: Brown Sugar/Molasses 1 : Garbage (chop to smaller pieces) 3 : Water 10
Method:
i. Mix brown sugar with water, add in the garbage.
ii. Leave some space for fermentation.
iii. Enzyme will form and ready to use in 3 months.
iv. Make sure the container is air tight.
vi. Push the floating garbage downward once a while.
vii. The enzyme is ready to use in 3 months. The residue can be reuse for the next production by adding fresh garbage. It can be use as fertilizer by drying the residue, blending and buried in the ground.

b. Usage Dilution ratio
Enzyme for fertilizer, 1:100 / 500 / 1000
Enzyme for insecticide, 1:1000
Enzyme for pesticide, 1:100
For anti odour / air re-freshener: dilute 200x
As plant hormone to get moreflower and fruit dilute 500x.
Enzyme adds with water to dilute, it become more power.
For Shampoo, Dish wash, Detergent, use enzyme:

水果酵素

水果酵素
材料： 水果 + 冰片糖 + 柠檬 3 至 5 粒
基本做法：
1. 水果和柠檬洗净风干， 切成薄片。
2. 冰片糖切成小块。
3. 等材料切片好后，依次序一层层排入大玻璃罐内，步骤是先放水果，再放柠 檬片，最后放冰片糖。一层层水果片，柠檬片，冰片糖需按程序排列，最上层必须放冰片糖。
4. 密封后让材料浸泡2个星期，置放在15至25ºC阴凉处。

青苹果酵素
功效 ： 美容去脂
材料 ： 青苹果8粒， 冰片糖1包，柠檬3至5粒
容器 ： 2 litre 大玻璃罐 1 个
食材处理 ： 青苹果保留外皮切小片
所需费用 ：RM 9.50

紅糟做法

紅糟做法
材料:糯米200g、米酒200g、紅麴20g
作法:
1.糯米泡八個小時或隔夜，蒸40分鐘，也可以用電鍋煮熟，但水的比例要比一般煮米的少一些。
2.紅麴泡米酒120g在乾淨的容器裡隔夜或至少8個小時。
3.糯米蒸熟後，放涼至手溫溫度，倒入紅麴米酒的容器，拌勻，封起來。
4.隔天，再用乾淨的長木匙拌勻，倒入剩的米酒，密封，放至陰涼處一個月，即可。
5.一個月後，過濾後的液狀物，即為紅糟酒，渣渣即為紅糟(要放入冰箱)，可用來炒菜。
***所有的容器清洗乾淨晾乾後，不可再碰水。

制做环保垃圾酵素的方法和用法

环保酵素

制做环保垃圾酵素的比率和做法:
材料（比率）:
黑糖/ 黃糖（1份/1kg）: 菜渣/ 果皮（3份/3kg） : 水（10份/10lt）

步骤：
1 将搜集到的鲜垃圾切成小块，以加速分解过程。
2 随后将鲜垃圾倒进瓷器，陶缸或者塑胶缸里。切记选用较大的容器制作酵素，以防止酵素发酵时溢出容器外。
3 加入适当比例的黑糖及水，稍微搅拌。
4 黑糖水需盖过垃圾，把浮在液面上的垃圾按下去，使其浸泡在液体中。将容器盖紧，必须发酵至少三个月。

注意事项：1)鲜垃圾包括剩饭、鲜菜叶、水果皮等准备丢掉的蔬菜或植物，不包括废纸、塑胶、金属罐头与瓶子。
2)制作过程中会有气体（臭氧）产生，如果使用窄口的容器（如矿泉水瓶），切记每天将瓶口稍微打开，用来卸放气体（至少每星期卸气一次，否则瓶子将会被撑破）。如果使用宽口的容器，气体会自然被挤出，较无上述问题。
3)制作过程中如果发现苍蝇卵，不必担心也不必理会，发酵过程将会把它们分解掉，这也说明了环保酵素不会对生物带来危害。
4)若发现液体表面产生白色、黑色或棕色的微生物，不必理会，让它继续发酵。5)使用蔬菜水果的厨馀而不使用鱼、肉等厨馀，是为了使制作出来的酵素味道比较清新。如果希望制作出来的酵素有较好的气味，可于制作过程中加入橘子皮、柠檬皮及班兰叶等气味较好的蔬菜果皮。
6)若一时无法搜集到这么大量的鲜垃圾，可陆续加入鲜垃圾，3个月的期限由最后一次加入鲜垃圾那天算起。
7)制作过程中可加入与黑糖同样比例的菌母，加速发酵过程。（菌母又称为菌精，可在有机店买到。）
8)成功的环保酵素应该呈棕黄色，且有橘子般的刺激气味，将制好的环保酵素过滤到瓶子中待用。若酵素呈现黑色，即腐败，不成功了，只要加入同样份量的黑糖，重新发酵即可。
9)环保酵素应置放于空气流通、阴凉的地方，避免阳光直接照射。

要發酵至少三個月。能發酵越久越好，不會過期。

垃圾酵素的用法:
1. 酵素加水稀釋後會更強。
2. 酵素肥料 1 酵素: 100cc 水
3. 酵素殺蟲劑(昆蟲) 1 酵素: 1,000cc 水
4. 酵素空氣清新劑 1 酵素: 200cc 水
5. 種植、栽培花草、水果 1 酵素: 500cc 水
6. 消毒用 1 酵素: 500cc 水
7. 洗髪液，沐浴露，洗衣液，洗碗用: 1 酵素: 1洗洁液 : 10 水
